Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All financial transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
However, Rose Metal Press cautions users of the Site that no network, including the Internet, is entirely secure. Accordingly, you agree that Rose Metal Press is not responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition of personal information provided to the Site, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition.

These service providers have access to data you voluntarily provide to us solely for the purpose of providing these services to us on our behalf, and they are contractually prohibited from sharing data you voluntarily provide to us with any third parties (other than subcontractors assisting them in their providing these services to us and who also are contractually prohibited from sharing our Voluntarily Provided Data with any other third parties).
Please note that we do not share data from non-U.S. residents with any other third parties (except where required by law, see below), even if a non-U.S. resident has subsequently authorized such use, for example, by checking an opt-in request.
